With its high durability, strong binding properties, and wide application range, Penetration Grade Bitumen is considered the industry standard in road construction and asphalt production. Viscosity and penetration values are optimized for different climatic conditions and application requirements.
Subtypes and Technical Specifications:
Bitumen 30/40: For very high temperatures and heavy traffic loads.
Bitumen 40/50: For highways and airport runways in high-temperature regions.
Bitumen 60/70: Widespread use in moderate-temperature regions.
Bitumen 80/100: A formulation that reduces the risk of cracking in cold climates.
Bitumen 100/120: Suitable for lower temperatures and light traffic loads.
Areas of Use: Highways, airport runways, urban roads, industrial floors.
Produced using advanced refining techniques and modification methods, PG Bitumen provides superior performance against harsh climates and heavy traffic loads. Compliant with ASTM and AASHTO standards, it is preferred for large infrastructure projects.

PG 52-28: For cold winter climates.
PG 58-22: In regions with low to moderate temperature fluctuations.
PG 64-16: For high traffic density in moderate temperature ranges.
PG 70-22: Resistant to hot climates and heavy traffic conditions.

Polymer-added PMB increases flexibility, crack resistance, and structural durability. Produced with additives such as SBS, EVA, and crumb rubber, it offers long-lasting, high-performance coating solutions.

SBS Modified Bitumen: High elasticity, prevents cracking at low temperatures.
EVA Modified Bitumen: Increases heat resistance and hardness.

Cutback Bitumen
Solvent-thinned Cutback Bitumen provides ease of application at low temperatures. It is particularly preferred in maintenance and repair projects due to its fast drying time and ease of application.Subtypes and Technical Specifications:
Rapid Curing (RC): A type that cures quickly with gasoline or naphtha.
Medium Curing (MC): A flexible binder that cures at medium speed.
Slow Curing (SC): For applications requiring longer working times.

Water-based, environmentally friendly, low-temperature-applied bitumen emulsions save energy and reduce carbon emissions.
